Developing an event with audiovisual elements from scratch can be difficult when you don't know where to start, which is why we offer complete event production services. We help plan, design, set up and operate any audiovisual aspects of your event. All equipment is provided by us, and can include sound system installation, microphones, lighting and monitor setup, as well as an on site operator to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Corporate Event Production
Work conferences & meetings
Our standard small corporate conference package comes with sound system installation at any office or venue; bringing you our own speakers, handheld microphones and computer for background music if needed. Leave it to our audio technician to provide and set up all equipment, monitor and ensure all audio is level and ready, and break down the equipment when everything is wrapped up.
Fireside chats & Q&A's
Make your next live conversation a smooth one. We provide handheld microphones for the guest and the moderator, as well as two wireless microphones for audience participation to cover all sides of the crowd. If you need to display slides or visuals, we've got you covered. We will handle providing all content on one of our monitors, even helping create any visuals, slides or content you may need.
Company parties
A company party always needs some ambience. We will provide you a sound system as well as any handheld microphones you may need for announcements, toasts, or maybe to sing a long to a favorite song. We can also provide you ambient lighting and a monitor to display any graphics or slides you'd like throughout the party.
